At Zeo, we transform waste into Zeoform Micro Pulp for creating high-performance products that are beautiful, durable, and biodegradable.
Through innovative design and manufacturing, we prove that the finest products can make a lasting impact—without leaving a trace.

Born in Byron Bay, NSW, Zeoform has been pioneering sustainable manufacturing solutions for over a decade—transforming waste paper and plant fibres into revolutionary materials that perform without compromising the planet.
Our commitment to conscious design drives everything we create,
from our research lab to your living space.
OUR STORY
At Zeo, we’re united by a shared vision — to prove that beautiful design and environmental stewardship aren’t competing values, but perfect partners.
Our journey began in Byron Bay, Australia, where a diverse team of designers, engineers, and innovators came together with one purpose: to transform waste into wonder. What binds us isn’t just what we make, but why we make it — a deep belief that materials can be reimagined for a better world.
For almost twenty years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to perfecting Zeoform Micro Pulp (ZMP) — our proprietary material made entirely from waste paper and water. No glues, no resins, no petrochemicals — because we believe,
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
-
Our mission is simple yet urgent: to preserve forests and reduce reliance on fossil fuels by seeing potential where others see waste. We’ve faced challenges, but we’ve persisted — because this is more than just a business; it’s a reimagining of how materials can exist in harmony with nature.
The result is something extraordinary: a high-performance, self-binding material that’s strong, durable, and biodegradable.
But what makes us proudest isn’t just what we’ve created — it’s what we’ve chosen to leave out.
Because the most meaningful innovations don’t just shape the world — they protect it.
Zeo: Created by Visionaries, Inspired by Nature.
OUR TEAM
A diverse team of pioneers with backgrounds in entrepreneurship, industrial design, architecture, and robotics powers Zeo. After nearly two decades of materials research and development, our experts have achieved what many thought impossible: transforming discarded cellulose into premium objects using only water.
Our designers and engineers collaborate seamlessly, constantly refining our ZMP technology while exploring new forms, textures, and possibilities. This fusion of scientific precision and design intuition allows us to create products that aren’t just sustainable alternatives—they’re superior by design.
Together, we bridge the worlds of advanced materials science and thoughtful craftsmanship to reimagine what’s possible when innovation serves both people and the planet. Because at Zeo, we’re not just making furniture—we’re shaping a future where beautiful design leaves no trace but its influence.
