TRANSFORMING WASTE FIBRES INTO IMPOSSIBLE PRODUCTS.
Zeoform Micro Pulp (ZMP) is crafted from plant waste fibres, creating strong, biodegradable materials for design evolution.
Redefining circular design, one fibre at a time.
FROM WASTE
Billions of tons of cellulose are wasted every year.
We transform discarded plant fibres into high-performance materials.
Our process uses only water—no glues, resins, or synthetics.
Designed for circularity, our products return to the earth naturally.
A sustainable solution for designers and manufacturers.
-
We primarily use:
Waste paper
Hemp fibre
Post consumer bamboo waste
Recovered Newspaper
-
ZMP ( Zeoform Micro pulp) is a self-binding material that is made of 100% plant fibres.
So there is NO other binder used, no glues, petrochemicals, resins or formaldehyde.
-
Cellulose is nature’s building block—the most abundant natural polymer on Earth and the structural foundation of all plants.
OUR PROCESS
The feedstock (waste/plant fibre) goes through cleaning and processing to be turned into ZMP (Zeoform micro pulp) The mouldable self-binding pulp that is the base of all the products we make.
It is processed using only water and nothing else is added:
No added glues
No added petrochemicals
No added resins
No added formaldehyde
Milled plant fibre

WHAT WE DO
Using our self-binding pulp, we mould products that fuse together naturally as they dry. The result is a material with a higher strength-to-weight ratio than steel, lighter than aluminium, and with the visual qualities of stone or ceramic.
-
The products are made using our proprietary additive manufacturing automated 3D spray forming process.
-
Throw Zeoform in your garden and watch the life grow out of it over 2-4 months before it returns to the soil.

Zeoforms have a higher strength-to-weight ratio than steel while remaining lighter than aluminum. Their unique texture offers a tactile connection to nature, allowing you to feel the material’s organic origins at your fingertips. Request a free sample pack [here].
